I enjoy the challenge of helping corporate teams foster an environment of safety, high motivation and creativity. I have had the pleasure in coaching executives and teams for small and medium sized corporations. In the way that families function as a system, so too do companies. As a systems thinker with a deep understanding of human character, I am particularly skilled in identifying relational dynamics that hinder collaboration and productivity. I study the interactions among team members and interview individuals separately to understand each perspective. I analyze those perspectives to identify patterns of relating, then ask each member to become aware of his/her pattern and experiment with modifying behaviors to create a different experience.
