A great supplemental support to individual therapy if you or your client struggles with depression; intense anxiety; obsessive-compulsive symptoms including invasive, disturbing thoughts; intolerable, painful emotions; high-conflict relationships; impulsive behaviors including suicidal and self-injurious behavior; substance and/or alcohol abuse; eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress symptoms.
The group is ongoing and focus on four DBT Skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
