Supervision

If you are seeking a more in depth understanding of your patient, feel stumped with your treatment-resistant patient, or want to enhance your growth as a clinician, having another pair of eyes examine your case can be extremely helpful to you and your patient. My early beginnings as Martial Artist naturally inspired my interest and studies in Somatic Psychology which intimately examines the relationship between mind and body. My psychoanalytic training with an emphasis on Object Relations, enriched my understanding of the full spectrum of psychopathologies. And most importantly, my extensive clinical training at Haight Ashbury Psychological Services, BHC Alhambra Psychiatric Hospital, Clearview, Evolve and Launch Treatment Centers deepened and expanded my experience in treating many different populations.

I had the privilege of being supervised by Meme for the last year of my internship. Over the course of my time working under her supervision, Meme helped me to expand my clinical insights in a way that I had not been trained before. She helped me to see past the surface of what each client was coping with, providing further insights into the unconscious that I would have not have had the chance to explore without her experience and expertise in Psychoanalytic practices. Her dedication and commitment to her profession, as well as the training for those that work under her, are representative in the quality of services provided. Meme consistently works towards making herself a better therapist for her clients as well as her trainees and colleagues. I am truly grateful to have worked with Meme and, even more so, learn from her tenured professional experience.
